Where City Meets Nature
Hill and Dale is an intimate six-storey structure that celebrates the highest standards of modern city building. It represents a rare opportunity to live in contemporary surroundings with exceptional design, both inside and out. Designed by Studio JCI with interiors by Chapi Chapo, seventeen unique and expansive residences are complimented by distinctive offices and street- level shops.
We created an aspirational brand for Hill & Dale; one that celebrates its coveted urban location and its lush park-like setting. We used the line “Where City Meets Nature” to distinguish the advantages of both the urban and natural setting. The project has been marketed to brokers and end users through a targeted campaign directed to extremely upscale consumers; resulting in steady sales.
